TODAY IS THE DAY!!!

I am trying Backerkit's digital delivery system to distribute digital materials, starting with the ebooks! Please search emails for the email which was sent out TODAY for the ebooks! (There were 39 of you who bought Chains ebook, either as a bundle or as just an ebook. I will also send out Weave Of A Thousand Lies as some of you bought both!)

If you do not get an email with your ebook, contact with Backerkit first.

I will also be finishing the formatting for the paperbacks and hardcovers, and will be sending those off to the printers! Everything is coming soon! Things are in motion!

All other digital rewards (artwork etc,) will follow shortly. Okay, I'm off to send codes for Weave for those that ordered the ebook!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Chains of Deceit is DONE!!

Things are starting to take off here! The book is finished with edits and is off to the formatter! I am waiting for one map of Krashe before those ebooks go out.

A couple of things to remember:

1) I will be sending the ebook (to all those who pledged for one) to the email address provided on the Backerkit survey. If you'd like a different email, please go and change it or connect with me.

2) This email will come from BookFunnel. I'll let you know the day so you can go search for it. If you have problems loading it to your device, BookFunnel's customer service is TOP TIER! They are really good about helping people.

3) Once the ebooks are out, I will be sending the books to the printer. This can take weeks to months for them to return to me. The paperbacks are local, as are the case, but the clothbound with sprayed edges come from UK. As soon as I have them back, I'll start with paperbacks and mail those, the case, then the clothbound because I assume they will be mailed in that order. If you are in CA, UK or AUS, I'll ask on shipping survey to see if you want shipping from US with a signed copy or drop-shipped from country of origin. (I will be sending bookmarks and stickers etc in the mail).

All the rest of the fulfillment will happen alongside the books. I am super excited and happy with how it's going!

Chains Of Deceit is back from the editors! It means that I will be putting my head down these next couple of days and working on correcting all my bad grammar (it's mostly comma usage being consistent, and mentioning someone's name too many times and using the same word within a paragraph--that sort of thing.)

And then ebooks will go out! I am still estimating the end of March, only because spring break is coming up. But hopefully *fingers crossed* I'll get it out before then!

I was in Utah this last week for StoryCon! It was so amazing to meet enthusiastic readers! The pretty books sold really quick. I might have to order more when I put in this order. It's fun to see the readership growing and people excited for this story.

While in Utah, I also picked up the cute little dogs! They are safely here and ready for physical distribution.--which I'm still estimating will be in April/early May (depending on how the printer goes.) I am so excited to get this on its way!

Chains Of Deceit is off to the editor! Woot. She should have it back by the end of this week. I will work on edits on the first week of March and then we'll talk about distribution. I was hoping to be further along in the process, but some family stuff came up. Family comes first. But things are great now, family-wise, so we're off to the races.

Ebooks: 2nd week of March. Everyone who pledged for the levels with physical books as part of the campaign will also receive the ebook. You can start reading if you want before your nice hard copy arrives. 

Paperbacks and hardcovers: Will be sent to printer. My printer is in UK so depending on shipping and printing times, I'm hoping to have them back by about a month and a half. It could be longer. (One never knows with international shipping.) Then we'll proceed with fulfillment. I'll ship paperbacks first, then case laminates, then the clothbound. Thank you for your patience!!

In the meantime, all the swag ordered has arrived safely, except the vellum inserts which will be ordered shortly. 

I can't wait for you all to read this book! It will be worth the wait!

Most of the surveys are in. I still have one or two that I need people to complete. But we are moving onward!

Things are moving here! I am in the last stages of revision and I AM LOVING how Chains Of Deceit is coming along. it feels bigger and more meaningful than my original plan.

I should be turning the book into my editor this coming week. She's efficient and I should have edits done by the following week. I have a conference and a wedding that next week, but then the ebooks should be ready to go by mid-March, slightly behind schedule. The physical books will be sent the formatter and printer. I'll update you with timelines but I'll send the ebooks so you can start reading! (Chains Of Deceit is getting to be rather long 116k words!)

What's next? I've been charging cards for taxes in TX and any add-ons added during the survey period.

Shipping info is coming soon. Now that I have addresses, I can get an idea of the shipping and handling costs. And we can start collecting shipping fees. (if you are local, you can pick up at my house). And if you live in Utah and want to wait until May, I'll be at Storymakers which is open to the public this year for signing! You can save on shipping by picking it up there.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate each one of you. Because of that reader-author bond, I feel like I have to make every book the best it can be! So thank you for being here and inspiring me to grow and stretch as an author!
